Refund Policy
This page explains when refunds are and are not available on Degxifi. Read it before you purchase a software access plan or initiate any on-chain action. By completing a purchase or transaction you confirm you have read and accept this policy.
The headline
All purchases on Degxifi are final and non-refundable. Nothing sold or granted on the Service can be refunded, transferred, sold, or resold under any circumstances. This includes D-Store package purchases, D-Pro upgrades, D-VIP packages, dGas grants, software access plans, automation subscriptions, processing fees, your account itself, and any other paid item or earned benefit on the Service.
1. Accounts, dPro, and dGas cannot be sold
Your Degxifi account, your dPro level, and your dGas credits are personal to you and non-transferable. They cannot be sold, resold, traded, gifted, leased, rented, assigned, transferred, or otherwise made available to any other person, in whole or in part, for any consideration (monetary or otherwise).
The non-transferability rule applies to:
- Accounts — your Degxifi account, login credentials, linked wallet, and any associated profile or affiliate code.
- dPro levels — D-Pro tiers (DP1 through DP6, including D-Pro Ultimate) are tied to the purchasing account and do not move to another user.
- dGas credits — dGas balances earned, granted, or purchased are tied to the holding account and cannot be transferred or cashed out to a third party.
- D-VIP tier flags — D-VIP rank is tied to the qualifying account’s structure and earnings; it does not transfer.
- Affiliate position — your placement in the referral tree, downline, accrued commissions, and pool eligibility cannot be sold or reassigned.
Attempting to sell, list for sale, or otherwise transfer any of the above — whether on a third-party marketplace, through private negotiation, or by sharing credentials — is a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of all accounts involved (buyer and seller)
- Forfeiture of all balances, dGas, dPro entitlements, D-VIP status, and unpaid commissions
- Voiding of any commissions paid out as a result of the transferred activity
None of the above is refundable. The buyer in such a transaction has no recourse against Degxifi.
2. Why purchases are non-refundable
Degxifi sells access to software and automation tools that are delivered instantly on payment. The moment a purchase confirms, the buyer receives immediate, irrevocable access — software-access entitlements activate, dGas credits are issued, D-VIP tier flags are set, and downstream effects (such as affiliate commissions to the buyer’s upline) begin to fire. Reversing a purchase after these effects have propagated is not technically or operationally feasible without unwinding third-party balances.
In addition, payments to Degxifi are made in cryptocurrency. Crypto transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain — Degxifi cannot recall, reverse, or refund a confirmed transaction that you initiated, even if we wanted to.
3. What is non-refundable
The following are non-refundable in all circumstances:
- D-Store package purchases (DV1, DV2, DV3, DV4, DV5, DV6, and any future tiers)
- D-Pro upgrades and D-Pro Ultimate purchases
- D-VIP packages and D-VIP tier purchases
- dGas credits and dGas top-ups
- Software access plans and automation subscriptions of any duration
- Withdrawal processing fees
- Any other paid item or service offered through the Service
4. Deposits and trading losses are not purchases
Deposits to your wallet balance are not purchases — they are transfers of your own funds into your account, available for you to withdraw (subject to the rules and limits in the app) at any time. They are not subject to this Refund Policy because there is nothing to refund: the funds remain yours.
Losses from liquidity provisioning, impermanent loss, smart-contract risk, token-price movements, or any other on-chain activity are not refundable by Degxifi under any circumstances. Degxifi does not manage your funds and does not bear market or protocol risk on your behalf. See our Risk Disclosure for the full list of risks you accept by using the Service.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment-network dispute, or third-party reversal claim against a confirmed Degxifi purchase is a material breach of our Terms of Service. Doing so may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
- Forfeiture of any unwithdrawn balance, dGas, commissions, and tier benefits
- Voiding of all affiliate earnings paid out as a result of the disputed purchase
- Recovery of any chargeback fees and reasonable legal costs from your account
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@degxifi.com before initiating a dispute. We resolve genuine billing errors directly.
6. Limited discretionary exceptions
Degxifi may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, assist with:
- Stuck or partial payments — where the underlying network or payment processor permits recovery and the funds have not yet been delivered as the purchased item.
- Duplicate charges — where the same purchase has been charged more than once due to a verifiable system error on our side.
- Unauthorized purchases — where you can demonstrate the purchase was made without your authorization (for example, after a verified account takeover) and you reported it within 7 days of the charge.
Any goodwill resolution under this section is granted at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis, and does not create a refund obligation or precedent for future cases.
7. How to request a discretionary review
Email support@degxifi.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject line “Discretionary Refund Review”. Include:
- The transaction ID, payment ID, or on-chain signature
- The exact date and amount of the charge
- A clear description of why you believe the case falls under Section 6
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction explorer links, etc.)
We aim to respond within 5 business days. A response is not a guarantee of resolution in your favor.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be announced in the Changelog.
